Dusty Deeds Cleaning Needs was created out of frustration — and turned into a standard we couldn’t find anywhere else.

Before starting our business, we were in the same position as so many of our clients: trying to find a reliable bond cleaner who would actually show up, communicate clearly, and do the job properly. What we found instead was missed calls, late arrivals, rushed cleans, and excuses — all at the worst possible time, when deadlines and inspections were looming.

So we made a decision:

If we couldn’t find the level of service we expected, we would build it ourselves.

Today, Dusty Deeds Cleaning Needs is a locally owned Sunshine Coast business specialising in bond cleans, settlement cleans, and vacant property cleans, with one clear focus — doing things properly, every time.

We have a genuine passion for ensuring properties are cleaned to inspection standard, not just “good enough.” That means attention to detail, structured checklists, and an understanding of what real estate agents and property managers actually look for during final inspections. Our goal isn’t just to clean — it’s to help our clients move forward with confidence, whether that means securing a bond refund or presenting a property at its absolute best.

Angela is the face of Dusty Deeds and leads the majority of our on-site work. Her work ethic, eye for detail, and pride in every clean are the foundation of our reputation. Behind the scenes, the business is run with the same values: clear communication, honest pricing, and showing up when we say we will.
