Welcome to Dusty Deeds Cleaning Needs. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking our services.

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the terms outlined here. Our team will provide professional cleaning services as described in your booking. We comply with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. If you’re unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once we’ve received the required details from the client and issued an estimate or invoice. By proceeding with our services, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Our bond cleans are based on standard real estate expectations. This includes general cleaning but excludes repairs, painting, pest control, or any structural maintenance.

Specialised services (e.g. biohazards, bodily fluids, mould, hoarder sites) must be disclosed and will be quoted separately.

Heavily Marked Walls

Our standard bond clean includes light spot cleaning of walls (e.g. a few minor scuffs or marks).

Heavily marked walls — with excessive handprints, scuffs, crayon, food splatter, etc. — fall outside standard spot cleaning and may require a full wall wash, which will incur additional charges.

We will assess the condition on-site and advise accordingly. In some cases, repainting may be recommended instead.

Tiles & Grout / Flooring

Standard mopping is included in all cleans.

Stained grout, discoloured tiles, or residue build-up that cannot be removed with basic mopping or surface scrubbing is not included in our bond clean.

Grout and tile restoration (e.g. acid wash, power scrubbing, sealing) is considered a separate service and will be quoted if required.

Shower Screens

We clean shower screens thoroughly using high-grade products to remove soap scum and grime.

However, permanent issues such as etching, glass cancer, hard water staining, or calcium buildup may not be removable with cleaning.

We will always do our best, but crystal-clear results cannot be guaranteed in cases of irreversible damage.

We offer a Bond Back Guarantee on full bond cleans provided:

• The property is empty and power/water are connected.
• Our cleaners have full access to all areas.
• Payment has been made in full for the initial clean.
• A return request is made within 48 hours of completion.
• The property is in the same condition as left (no new tenants, damage, or further work done in between).

Extra charges may apply if additional work is required beyond the initial scope (e.g. pest activity, excessive staining, repairs).

We clean to a high standard, but not all marks or damage can be reversed. Here’s what we do—and don’t—cover:

Fair Wear and Tear (We clean but cannot guarantee full removal):

• Light scuff marks on walls or floors
• Slight discolouration of grout or silicone
• Worn carpet/flooring from daily use
• Minor ageing of fittings and fixtures

Customer Liability (May incur extra charges or be excluded from re-clean guarantees):

• Heavy stains from food, oils, paint, bodily fluids
• Burn marks or torn carpet/furniture
• Excessive grime, mould buildup, or pet-related damage
• Structural or fixture damage beyond cleaning scope
• Unapproved repairs, paintwork, or alterations

We’ll notify you of any issues beyond normal cleaning before proceeding.

• Payment is due immediately upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: Hnry, bank transfer, or cash.
• For bond cleans, payment must be received in full before any return visit is scheduled under our bond back guarantee.

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Suggested Cancellation Fee Structure:

• Free cancellation if more than 48 hours’ notice is given.
• 50% of the quoted price if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• 100% (full fee) if cancelled on the day of the service or if access is denied on arrival.

Dusty Deeds Cleaning Needs is fully insured for public liability and workers’ compensation.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Low-quality paint or finishes affected by standard cleaning
• Faulty fittings, fixtures, or appliances
• Items not disclosed as fragile, damaged, or sensitive to moisture/products

We recommend clients secure or remove valuables before our team arrives.

• You must provide safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time.
• If access is denied or delayed without notice, additional fees may apply.

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services.

We may also take before and after photos for quality assurance, internal records, and communication with clients or real estate agents. These are stored securely and only used when necessary.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, illness, natural disaster, etc.).
